Pedro Sequeira / Bio
Born in 1976 in Cinfães (Douro), Portugal. Lives and works in Porto.
Studied jewellery at Centro de Joalharia do Porto, Portugal from 95 to 98.
After a period working on my studio, head to Germany in 2001 where I finish full studies, first year as guest student, at Akademie der Bildenden Künste München with Prof. Otto Künzli, DIPLOM in January 2007.
Later in May that same year returned to Porto to study photography at Instituto Português de Fotografia.
Currently undertaking a Master in Drawing and Printmaking at Porto University, Faculty of Fine Arts, having professor Mario Bismarck as orientator, and resident at Palácio das Artes, Porto.
Relevant studies or workshops, between 2000 and the present, with teachers and masters like Mona Hatoum, Otto Künzli, Manuel Vilhena, Montenegro de Andrade, Mike goes West, Sabine Hauss and others.
